Important Tips for Ordering

​

Our orders are booked on a first come first confirmed basis with a non-refundable deposit. We take your special order seriously. Once our maximum number of orders are booked we will NOT take anything further to preserve the quality of each custom order. 

 

While we do have a minimum time requirement for ordering, please keep in mind that weekends and holiday seasons do book months in advance.

We bake to order - This means each order is baked and or decorated when ordered and not before. We do not have pre -made items for purchase.

When ordering your one of a kind creation,  custom crafted decor pieces (especially Sugar Flowers) may take several days; and upon occasion weeks, to create properly.

Please Note: Wedding orders in entirety and Cake/Dessert deposits are NON refundable for any reason.

Custom Cupcake orders do require 72 hours minimum advance ordering time and are subject to current schedule availability.
